SysOps Engineer

About You:

We are growing rapidly, currently searching for a number of key technical resources, including a SysOps Engineer.

In this role you’ll ensure smooth running of our System and Operational Process and technology, facilitating production requests for essential network, compute and storage capabilities across on-premises data centers and cloud (AWS). You’ll utilize and create automated tools to create key assets in production, troubleshoot IT incidents, and support network and hosting issues for internal and external clients. Moreover, you will respond to issues through the ticketing system and provide an end-to-end resolution within defined SLA and raise flags upon any production down incidents and take needed actions when applicable, or escalate the issue to the responsible team. 


  • Participate in all standard team meetings.
  • Monitors Network & Security Operations including infrastructure and systems alerts logs.
  • Monitor the usage of resources either on-premises resources or AWS resources.
  • Monitor the CI/CD running activities on production/staging & development to ensure functional correctness.
  • Manage Cost distribution based on CI/CD usage (FinOps).
  • Fine-tune and configure the system by adding new on-premises resources or provisioning AWS resources.
  • Identify any weakness areas in the running CI Pipeline and provide solutions.
  • Raise Flag upon any production down incidents and take needed actions when applicable.
  • Approve new CI/CD deployments on production after verifying the level of standardization.
  • Ensure CI/CD Compliance with Security policies.
  • Respond to issues through the Ticketing system and provide end to end resolution within defined SLA.
  • Report set of defined KPIs to assess the platform health and the service level.
  • Contribute effectively to the continuous improvement of his/her Project, team and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible.
  • Provide needed support for his/her colleagues.
  • Provide needed support for our clients.
  • Manage user access to different platforms.
  • Maintaining backups ( Backup Plan )


  • B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Communication, or Electronics, Computer Science.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills, Strong analytical, critical thinking, root-cause analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Team spirit and excellent communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High sense of Ownership and responsibility.
  • Customer orientation is highly required,
  • Ability to come up with alternative ideas/implementation to handle critical situation/issues.
  • Docker, Kubernetes and GIT/SVN knowledge are must.
  • Experience in operating system administration ( Linux and Windows)
  • Helm and Ansible knowledge are preferable.
  • +2 years of relevant experience.
